Happened to me as well recently where I just had to tell CAM to track my video card instead of my internal cpu (ie. Mobo hdmi port). I recently got a problem where NZXT cam wasn't showing my GPU temperature on my Kraken z73. It would show my CPU temp but not my GPU temp. I couldn't find anything on google showing the solution to this problem. Most likely you do. Even if you can get some of these issues resolved your temps are going to be somewhat high because you have a powerful chip in the computer with a very minimal cpu cooler. I don't know if you want to stay with nzxt but I recommend one of the kraken series aio but there are better price to performance options outside of nzxt..
